Helmet Alpinestars SM10 Flood Gray Black Orange
Professionally developed for off-road competition, the Supertech SM10 Flood is Alpinestars' most advanced motocross helmet. Ref. 83009231954
The SM10 Flood helmet is ECE 22.06 approved, features a 3K carbon multi-composite shell, four-density EPS, and MIPS system to manage linear and rotational energy. The A-Head fit and 28-port ventilation enhance comfort and stability, while the redesigned chin guard and ERS visor release provide safer handling.
Elevate your riding experience with the Alpinestars S-M10 Flood helmet.
Specifications:
- Shell sizing system: four dedicated shell sizes (S–XL) for six fit sizes (XS–XXL) provide an anatomical fit that enhances comfort, reduces weight, and increases impact effectiveness.
- Chin bar design: raised profile with softer EPS and flexible rubber cover clears the collarbone to reduce the risk of injury.
- A-Head adjustment system: patented angle and height adjustment positions the helmet precisely on the head for customized stability and comfort.
- Ventilation system: 28 ports (18 intake, 10 exhaust) generate high airflow for effective cooling during intense rides.
- Emergency extraction system: integrated ejection technology enables faster and safer helmet removal by emergency personnel.
- Lightweight construction: approx. 1260 g (size M), 1310 g with side pads, and 1370 g with visor extension to help reduce neck fatigue on long runs.
- The S-M10 is available in 2 versions: ECE R 22.06 and ECE R 22.06/DOT.
- In rotational acceleration and oblique impact performance, the S-M10 exceeds the ECE 22.06 standard for maximum rotational acceleration by 76%.
- Removable semi-rigid polymer side pads increase the contact area to help dissipate impact energy.
- MIPS multi-directional impact protection system.
- ERS emergency visor release and a new visor extension for protection against debris and the sun.
- The shell lamination uses multi-composite molding: an outer layer of high-density 3K Carbon, a layer of unidirectional carbon composite for radial strength, and a layer of aramid fiber for penetration resistance, all bonded with epoxy resin for structural integrity.
